<p class="wp-block-paragraph">土は以下の３つの状態に分けられる。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">・「地山の土量」（自然状態のままの土）　→　基準となる土</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">・「ほぐした土量」（掘削したままの土）　→　体積が「増える」　→　<strong>掘削して運搬する土</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">・「締固めた土量」（締固めた盛土の土）　→　体積が「減る」　→　<strong>運搬してきて埋める土</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">それぞれの状態でその体積が変化する（土量の変化）。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">よって搬出土量は１ｍ3あたり1.2ｍ3となり、発生土（残土）のｔ換算の比重は<strong>1.8</strong>なので、　</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1.2　×　1.8　＝　<strong>2.16ｔ</strong>　となる（<strong>ダンプはｔ積みだからね！</strong>）。　</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">搬出土量　24.0×1.2　　　＝　28.8ｍ3　※ほぐし率をかける</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ｔ換算　28.8×1.8　　　　＝　51.84ｔ</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">10ｔダンプ　51.84ｔ÷9.0ｔ（最大積載量）＝　5.76台　→　<span class="marker-under-red"><strong>約6台！</strong></span>　</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">土量の変化率は地山の状態によるから実際は「1.2」倍まで増えない事や、含水比が高く「1.5倍」になるなど、計算通りにいかない事が多い。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">　</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">現場的には出した土の量をそのまま持ってきて埋めれば良いわけだから、出したダンプの台数の改良土を持ってくれば良いと考える。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">　</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">とはいえ、あくまでも目安の話しなので、改良土の比重は「1.5」と発生土「1.8」より比重が少ない。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">　</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">よって出した発生土の量より「1.2」倍を多くした改良土という計算になります（だいたいの目安です）。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">　</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">この考えは、あくまで現場にいる時の考えだから、予め土量を計算してダンプを手配しておく事は大切になる。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">　</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">繁忙期などはダンプを手配できない状況もあるから、余裕を見て先に計算しておきダンプの台数を把握、そして早めに手配をかけるべしっ！！！</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">始めはとっつきにくい土量計算ですが、日々の搬出入の計画に必要になります。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">東京都の場合は局によりますが、発生土量が地山換算の場合、締固め土量を考慮します。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">考慮する場合　→　土量集計÷1.33（普通土）</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">考慮しない場合　→　そのまま（再利用センターであれば検量票通り）</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">考慮する場合は土量が減るので、途中途中で概算でもいいので計算しておく事が大切です。</p>
